These Terms and Conditions set out the general terms under which The Legal Training Team (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) conducts business. By engaging in our training services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Payment and cancellations
Where the services relate to the provision of a training course, once the final booking numbers have been confirmed, the trainer will invoice you for the full amount. It is expected that this will be paid within five working days. The fees for training services provided by us are as stated in the agreed upon proposal, quotation or invoice. Any additional costs, such as travel expenses or overnight accommodation will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Any requests for cancellations or changes to the training schedule must be communicated to us in writing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the course. However, we will do our utmost to reschedule or arrange an alternative date for the course. Where this does occur, we will endeavour to provide as much notice of cancellation or change to you as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee, but we shall not be liable for any other loss or expense arising.
You may cancel the course booking by notifying us in writing by acknowledged email. You shall be liable to pay a cancellation fee as follows:

100% |

The trainer will require a list of attendees for each booked training event.
We assist with all booking arrangements on behalf of our independent trainers. We will not be liable for any legal advice and training content delivered by our independent trainers.
